Hi Chris , I am very happy with the work done on the crawl space , and I have noticed that the floors are warmer and the house has a more even temperature, this winter will hopefully show a decrease in my hydro bill to some degree. And so far , touch wood, no more rodents let’s hope they find other homes to nest in !!
I am just working with my insurance company to see if I can get a bit of a discount with the seismic upgrade , I didn’t think of it until I just renewed my house insurance. I did get my rebate from hydro 😊
