I remain very happy with my "new" crawl space. It is a pleasure (well, not really, but compared to before...) to crawl under the house to change the furnace filter. And I feel happier storing stuff down there knowing that it will stay dry and in good shape.

I had CleanSpace, SumpPump and Dehumidifier installed in my home some years ago.  I recently sold my house. Today one of the new owners came round for a chat.  She told me that her family was very impressed with the crawlspace.  This women is allergic to dogs and cats and she said she didn't have a single reaction during the several visits she's had to the house (I have 3 cats and a dog).  They did some research and discovered that your systems helps suppress allergens.  Thought I would share this with you. I'm passing on the 25 year warranty to the new owners.
