Challenge
Despite having the perimeter drain replaced by an alternate contractor who ‘specializes’ in perimeter drains, this crawlspace was still flooding. The problem? An exposed footing means that perimeter drains are higher than the floor - and water flows downhill. So the home owner dropped a lot of money ($15K +) and the problem still exists.
Solution
Our solution provides not only a clean, dry crawlspace, it also comes with a 25 year fully transferable warranty. We have battery back-up systems available too, in event of a power failure (this job was rural Parksville area).
