October 20/23 your annual service tech said that my pumps are in good order. October 31 pump alarm requires another service tech to attend and fix pump alarm . November 4 a new pump motor unit installed to fix problem

Pumps installed and serviced very well over 11 years. This years service left me crawling around the basement space to turn off the pump alarm. Hope that never happens again
