About the Owner
Island Basement Systems is a full service home repair business that specializes in basement retrofit waterproofing, crawlspace remediation, and foundation repairs to provide solutions for warm, dry and healthy environments to residents of Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
As president of Island Basement Systems, Chris has been in the business since 2003.
He and his team have fixed more than 8000 homes located on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and the Greater Whistler area. Chris started with Basement Systems Calgary in 1993 as an employee, working his way up through the company before starting his own business in 2001, then taking on the Basement Systems dealership in 2003 based originally out of Squamish. In those 20+ years, has services homes throughout all of BC.
